My passion for providing great service and ensuring client satisfaction began in my native Australia, where I studied travel, tourism, and hospitality before becoming a travel agent and sharing my love of travel with others. After several years, I moved to Hong Kong, where I taught English in an international kindergarten. I then continued my hospitality career back in Melbourne with Starwood Hotels & Resorts at the luxury Sheraton Towers Southgate, but then I got the opportunity to serve as the director of catering and conference planning for The St. Regis Aspen Resort in Colorado, which allowed me to realize my lifelong dream of living in the United States! I later moved with my family to North Carolina, where I was guest relations manager at The Umstead Hotel & Spa, the state’s only property to have earned the Forbes Travel Guide Five Star Award and the AAA Five Diamond designation.

Before joining mbaMission, I had been putting my organizational skills to work for over a decade as the business manager for a high-end event florist, coordinating all the company’s administrative aspects on a daily basis. Outside of work, I love just being with my family and indulging in my passions of baking, amigurumi, and yarn craft—and occasionally burying myself in a great book.
