At mbaMission, I have partnered with hundreds of MBA applicants to identify, craft, and communicate stories that earn admission to top business schools.

As a former Executive Director of Admissions, I reviewed thousands of applications, read more than 20,000 essays, and chaired admissions and scholarship committees that shaped each incoming class. That experience refined my understanding of what differentiates candidates in a crowded applicant pool.

After navigating several career transitions myself (from CPA to consultant to brand manager to admissions leader), I understand how challenging it can be to articulate a cohesive story. I love helping clients discover the themes that connect their experiences, impact, and ambitions as we develop an authentic narrative together.

I bring a combination of deep admissions expertise, diverse business experience, and a collaborative leadership style that helps clients uncover and communicate their unique stories.

I completed my BBA in accounting at the University of Michigan and spent my early career building a foundation in accounting, consulting, and product development finance. After earning my MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, I worked in brand management at The Coca-Cola Company, where I led the development and launch of a new beverage line.

I then spent 11 years leading MBA admissions at Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business, providing strategic direction to the admissions office and gaining insight into the qualities that make standout candidates. That experience prepared me to join mbaMission in 2015, where I partner closely with clients to understand their aspirations and present their stories in ways that resonate with admissions.

When I’m not helping clients, you’ll usually find me chasing a new PR on my Peloton Tread+ or re-watching my favorite K-Drama with my labradoodle by my side!
