Who We Are: The Full-Time mbaMission Team
Senior Career Coach
UCLA Anderson MBA with more than 15 years as a career coach with the UPenn Wharton MBA Career Management Office
How I Can Help You
I focus on helping both MBA students at top business schools and alumni of those programs who have up to ten years of post-graduation experience successfully navigate the job search process and excel in the workplace.
During our collaborative partnership, I coach clients on clarifying their career goals; devising a job search plan; articulating how their career goals fit with their background (i.e., refining their pitch); writing compelling resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles; and preparing for interviews.
I listen thoughtfully to my clients’ questions, concerns, and needs and support them by sharing best practices and presenting actionable advice and feedback. Clients often praise my strong storytelling abilities, my investment in their success, and the quality of my advice.
Why Choose Me
As a senior associate director in the MBA Career Management Office at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, I engaged in hundreds of conversations with recruiters and with MBAs interested in pursuing careers in a variety of industries. I also set the strategic vision for a portfolio of more than 20 small- and large-group career education workshops.
Prior to my Wharton role, I served as a consultant in the People, Performance, and Solutions division of Towers Perrin and oversaw the Los Angeles office’s MBA recruiting efforts. I interned in brand management at Neutrogena and began my career in Washington, DC, as a consultant at the Advisory Board Company, a health care research and consulting firm.
I hold an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA with honors in history from Washington University in St. Louis.
