MBA News: HBS Admissions Decisions

Tomorrow at noon, Harvard Business School (HBS) will release its much-anticipated admissions decisions via email. According to a recent blog post by Dean of Admissions Dee Leopold, financial aid will not be awarded at this time, but waitlist invitations will be sent out. HBS expects to accept between 25 and 50 applicants off the waitlist in May and June. In an effort to be more transparent, Leopold said she will provide feedback for candidates who were denied admission after interviewing. These calls will mostly be “reassurance that it wasn’t anything that is or went wrong … but simply the challenge of comprising a class rich in diversity of backgrounds and perspectives.”

From all of us at mbaMission, we wish you luck if you are awaiting a decision email from HBS!
