MBA News: New York Times on Re-Engaging Female Professionals

In yesterday’s New York Times, Ellen Rosen profiled a Tuck Executive Education program aimed at re-engaging female professionals in the work force (“MBA Programs Pay Off for Women Seeking a Return to Wall Street“). We highlight this article because it illustrates a shift in employer attitudes: employers are striving to be more accommodating as they need to attract talent amid a generation of baby-boomer retirements. While this is good news for those trying to re-engage, it is also good news for MBA graduates who will likewise benefit in this shift in the coming years.
