MBA News: Wall Street Journal Identifies Online Trends in MBA Outreach

This morning, in the Wall Street journal, an article of interest to prospective MBAs appeared, “Internet Gives M.B.A. Schools Global Reach.” While the headline itself may be a bit of a platitude, the spirit of the article itself is that MBA programs are using social networking to their advantage to recruit around the world. It is of course advantageous to have a burgeoning web-presence now, but even more so, MBA programs are eyeing the arrival of the “millennials,” who grew-up online and tend to connect one-to-one online. The trends identified in the article will no doubt continue and intensify.
