Your goal is not to find just\u00a0<\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">any <\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">job, it is to find the\u00a0<\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">right <\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">job for you. And, to be clear, you could very likely find multiple jobs that would be right for you. So how do you avoid the wrong ones?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><b>Be Introspective\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Look for advice and exercises that can help you figure out what is most important for you to gain from your career and what trade-offs you are willing to make to land a job. Compare it to what you have determined you want in your next role. How does it stack up? Will you need to make any trade-offs? And if so, are you compromising on the things that are most important to you?
