MBA News: The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management Adds UCLA and UC-Berkeley

The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management, a national not-for-profit organization focused on diversity and inclusion in American business, has added two UC-system schools to its network of prestigious business schools.

The Consortium provides additional support to business schools working to maintain a representation of the greater community in their business school classes.  While 10,000 students enter a top 50 business school each year, only 6% are people of color.  Half of this group, 300 students, are Consortium members.

UCLA and UC-Berkeley join USC as the third California-based member of The Consortium, and their addition brings the total number of Consortium member schools to 17.
