The Quest for 700: Weekly GMAT Challenge

At the end of January, a tea house had in its inventory 300 pounds of tea, 40% of which is green tea.  Over the month of February, the tea house purchased 800 pounds of tea, 25% of which was green tea, and sold 600 pounds of tea, 35% of which was green tea.  What percent of the tea house’s inventory at the end of February was green tea?

A) 10%
B) 16%
C) 22%
D) 33%
E) 35%
